Spam or Spamming is strictly prohibited on our sites. When visitors leave comments on the site we check for spam, collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. Any spam detected and the User Registration, posts and comments are summarily deleted.  All other Registration and Login data is maintained in our spam and firewall software record for blocking and blacklisting purposes.  You must agree so don’t Spam us.

We do not sell Registration, profiles or any other information to third parties or share information. The information we collect is for the purpose of maintaining and improving our services; To personalize your experience on our platform, such as providing content and recommendations; and develop new products, services, features, and/or functionality;

Our purpose; is to provide social services that allow you to find, enjoy, and share content. Your display name, username, profile photo, about me section, and contacts (i.e., followers and following) will always be viewable and/or searchable by other Users (subscribers). A visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string is collected to help spam detection. A Users comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Media; If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We do not knowingly collect; maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our platform is not directed to children. Our Sites are hosted in the United States and intended for users (subscribers) located within the United States, others may be filtered by IP address.

What rights you have over your data; If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you are the owner of that data, as is the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Your data absolutely belongs to you and you are solely responsible for it. You may delete it if you wish. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or our security purposes.
